The machine is composed of a temperature-regulating bucket, a honey-making bucket (honey storage bucket), a drying system, a circulating air pump, a honey pump, and an evaporation layer. The air and honey pipes connected to the honey-making bucket are all quick-connect fittings, which are convenient for disassembly and cleaning. Its working principle is to use dry air, multi-layer evaporation, and the recirculation of moisture and fragrance.
Operational precautions:
1. Fill the water compartment with water to the brim without overflowing.
2. Set the temperature control switch to between 40 and 45 degrees.
3. Each time, concentrate about 100 jin of honey (without submerging the evaporation layer).
4. If it is crystallized honey, wait until it is completely crystallized before working normally.
5. First, add about 1.5 jin of honey to the honey pump to work normally. You can use the honey pump to draw honey into the honey-making bucket. Connect according to the direction of the three-way switch, and return to the working position after drawing.
6. You can turn on all switches at the same time, and after becoming familiar with the machine, you can use it flexibly (you can preheat the water compartment before normal work, and you can start the cooling and drying system in advance, and you can turn off the heating switch one hour after normal work).
7. When taking out the concentrated honey, remove the end of the honey pipe connected to the honey bucket and use the honey pump to draw it out.
8. After each concentration, let the condensate water out (you can open the condensation box switch while concentrating and let it out, pay attention to not opening the switch too large, just let the water flow out).
9. After the last concentration, keep the machine clean and dry, and if there is any residual honey in the honey pump, disassemble and pour it out.
10. The place for concentration must be well-ventilated.
