Plastic Queen Excluder
♦ Queen excluder is used in 2 layers beehive which is placed over the top of the brood box in order to prevent the queen laying eggs in the super box.
♦ The worker bees are able to squeeze through the gaps in the excluder, but the queen and drones are too large to pass through.
